When an old run down casino in Reno needed help in renovating their look, Nevada Lighting had the pleasure of working with a local design build electrical contractor. The job was a complete demo; the only thing which was to remain was the structure. The vision was a modern, contemporary space in a “traditional, old-town downtown district.” Because of Nevada Lighting’s expertise in plan and spec projects versus “build-new” renovation, we were able to help accomplish the owner’s vision. From public spaces to individual rooms, retail and dining, exterior and lighting control; Nevada Lighting was able to participate in designing a non-gaming, non-smoking luxury boutique hotel Reno is ecstatic to have in their downtown district… all while meeting the owners budget.
